Toby pulls Terry out of the gulley after his fuel system failed.
Nick had to help because of all the loose rock and the steep incline.
Toby drops down off his first ledge of the morning.
Toby's second ledge of the day. Nick can be seen waiting in the background.
Continuing down from the second ledge.
Toby negotiates his first uphill ledge of the day.
Down a little incline ...
A look at the toughest hill of the first day. Notice all the ledges in succession.
The best line looks like it's to the right.
Oops ... got bounced sideways and had to take another way out!
Another little downhill ...
That rock is about 30" tall.
The Rubi's gonna need a tummy tuck if I'm going to make it over this one.
Waterline on the front bumper ...
You can't really see it but this is the waterline from the side.
Day two starts off with a little downhill ledge at about 7:00 a.m.
Downhill and a little off camber ...
You could hardly walk down this hill but the Rubi handled it with grace.
Here's a view from the top of the first uphill of the morning. It's just a little steep and man those rocks like to roll!
Climbing another ledge ...
Now things get a little more exciting!
A quick poser almost down the last step.
A view of the ORV park from the staging area
Continuing the view, rotating to the right (West)
A little poser before we head off to breakfast and meet the TrailKrawlers
Oh yes, Shelly, they do have a bathroom.
Here comes Mark into the Rock Garden.
Crawling along nicely ...
Uh, Mark, you're grinding your rear differential on a boulder that's about 6" too high to get over ...
Uh, Mark, you're pivoting on a rock and it's bending your door jam ...
Mark's off and running again. (Sorry I ran out of memory card space and didn't get your exit from the Garden.)
